The ad account shared with AdScale issue is not a "show stopper", meaning you can continue to run ads while having this issue.
However, AdScale's experts will not be able to assist with technical issues and account optimizations, as they will not be able to view your Facebook ad account.
You can identify this issue by either:
Clicking on the "Fix" button in the red error banner.
By navigating to Settings => Facebook integration or clicking here.
How to resolve the issue:
Go to your business settings.
Click Users, then Partners.
Select Adscale, and click Share assets.
Click Ad accounts.
Choose the ad account you selected for your Adscale account.
Select Manage ad account.
Click Save changes.
Once you have completed these steps, navigate to your Facebook integration screen and click "Recheck Status".
The Ad account shared with Adscale issue should no longer show up.
