If you are trying to create a promoted post using an existing Instagram post, but can't see it in the available post options, this may be because your Instagram is not connected to your page.
You can determine if this is the case by navigating to Settings, then Facebook integration.
Under Page status, you should see Instagram not connected to page.
Resolving the issue:
Go to your Business manager.
Using the left-hand menu, click Accounts, then Pages.
Select your page, and click View page in the top right corner.
After arriving at your page, click Settings in the left-hand menu.
Next, click Linked Accounts, and select Instagram.
Connect your Instagram to your Facebook page.
You should now be able to view and promote your Instagram posts using AdScale.
