AdScale automatically creates Facebook product ads using a new or an existing Facebook catalog.

Some of your catalog products may be rejected for either justified or unjustified reasons.

In this guide, we will discuss how to identify rejected products and what you can do to reactivate them.

Click here to see Facebook's terms and policies on advertising products.

Products can be reviewed and approved in multiple ways:

Requesting a review using Commerce Manager

Using the left-hand menu, select Data Sources, then Catalog.

Access the catalog that's connected to your ad account.

Alternatively, access it directly by clicking this link.

After accessing your catalog, using the left-hand menu, navigate to Issues.

Under Policy violations, click Manage rejections.

If are not seeing this in your catalog, you probably don't have any rejected products.

After clicking Manage rejections, you should see a list of your rejected products.

To see why they were rejected, click on them and navigate to Issues.

To request a review, use the checkboxes on the left-hand side to select your rejected products and click Request Review.

Note: Make sure to resolve any issues with your product feed before requesting a review.

You may submit additional information to explain why you believe the products should be reapproved.

Lastly, click Send review.

Requesting a review using Account Quality

Click on the three horizontal lines, then select Account Quality.

Scroll down until you reach Commerce accounts and catalogs.

Click on the desired catalog.

Select the products you wish to reapprove using the checkboxes on the left-hand side.

Next, click Request review.

Note: Make sure to resolve any issues with your product feed before requesting a review.

You may submit additional information to explain why you believe the products should be reapproved.

Lastly, click Send review.

Requesting a review using Facebook's support team

Suppose you are unsure how to resolve the policy issues, or your products have yet to be approved after submitting a request. In that case, you can contact Facebook's support team for more information and help.
