Choose the asset (Business, Ad account, Page) with which you are experiencing the issue.
Select the issue that you are experiencing.
Enter additional information to help Facebook's support team understand the issue.
Enter your phone number and email address so they can follow up with any questions and solutions regarding your inquiry.
Click Start Chat.

Using the left-hand menu, at the bottom, click the Help button marked with a question mark❓.
Click "Contact support team".
Choose the asset (Business, Ad account, Page) with which you are experiencing the issue.
Select the issue that you are experiencing.
Facebook will then offer resources to help you resolve the issue on your own.
If you want to speak with their support, scroll down and click Contact support.
Lastly, choose the support option that's most comfortable for you.
You can choose between a chat and email (Depending on the hours of operation).
