The Google Merchant center support team can assist with account suspensions, rejected products, and any general inquiries regarding the usage of Google merchant center.

Contacting support through Merchant help center

  1. Click here to access the Google Merchant help center.

  2. Choose the Google Merchant account that you are experiencing issues with.

  3. Write a general description of your inquiry.
    For example, if you are reaching out to release your suspended account, write "Account suspension".

  4. Select the category that describes your inquiry the best.

    Click Next step.

  5. Choose one of Google's resources to find information regarding your inquiry.

    If you are interested in speaking with their support, click Next step.

  6. Lastly, choose the support option that's most comfortable for you.

    You can choose between a chat, call, or email (Depending on the hours of operation listed below).


Contacting support through Merchant account.

  1. Access your Google Merchant account by clicking here.

  2. Using the top menu, click on the question mark❓icon.

  3. Click Help and support. Doing this will open up the help section on the right side of your screen.

  4. Choose the Contact us option at the bottom.

  5. Choose the Google Merchant account that you are experiencing issues with.

  6. Write a general description of your inquiry.
    For example, if you are reaching out to release your suspended account, write "Account suspension".

    Click Next step.

  7. Select the category that fits your issue the most.

  8. Choose one of Google's resources to find information regarding your inquiry.

    If you are interested in speaking with their support, click Next step.

  9. Lastly, choose the support option that's most comfortable for you.
