Reaching out to Google Ads support is a necessary step in resolving issues like account suspensions, rejected ads, and more.

Contacting support through Google's help center

  1. Click here to access the Google Ads help center.

  2. Choose the Google Ads account that you are experiencing issues with.

  3. Write a general description of your inquiry.
    For example, if you are reaching out to release your suspended account, write "Account suspension".

  4. Select the category that describes your inquiry the best.

    Click Next step.

  5. Choose one of Google's resources to find information regarding your inquiry.

    If you are interested in speaking with their support, click Next step.

  6. Lastly, choose the support option that's most comfortable for you.

    You can choose between a chat, call, or email (Depending on the hours of operation listed below).


Contacting support through Ads account

  1. Access your Google Ads account by clicking here.

  2. Using the top menu, click on the Help button, marked with a question mark❓.

  3. Click Contact Us. Doing this will open up the help section on the right side of your screen.

  4. Using the text box at the top of the tab, write a general description of your inquiry.
    For example, if you are reaching out to release your suspended account, write "Account suspension".

    Click Next step.

  5. Select the category that fits your issue the most.

  6. Choose one of Google's resources to find information regarding your inquiry.

    If you are interested in speaking with their support, click Next step.

  7. Choose the Google Ads account that you are experiencing issues with.

  8. Lastly, choose the support option that's most comfortable for you.

    You can choose between a chat, call, or email (Depending on the hours of operation listed below).
